Senior Pastor of The Fountain of Life Church and Nollywood actor, Jimmy Odukoya, has stirred fresh speculation about his love life after sharing a photograph suggesting a possible engagement.
The firebrand preacher and entertainer sent social media into a frenzy on Friday after posting an intimate picture showing a woman’s hand resting on his, with both hands adorned with sparkling diamond rings.
The woman’s hand, which had long green-painted nails, featured a conspicuous diamond engagement ring, while Odukoya’s hand also bore a diamond-encrusted band.
He accompanied the photograph with the caption, “TO NEW BEGINNINGS”, while Mannywellz’s song, Looking for God, played in the background.
The cryptic post immediately triggered congratulatory messages, with many followers interpreting it as an indication that the pastor had found love again and was preparing to walk down the aisle.
Among celebrities who reacted were comedian Broda Shaggi, who wrote “Congratulations”, actress Jemima Osunde, who dropped love emojis, and Adesua Etomi, who also joined thousands of others in reacting to the post.
The photograph had attracted more than 41,000 likes and 5,099 comments at the time of filing this report.
However, Odukoya has yet to disclose the identity of the woman or offer an explanation about the rings, leaving followers guessing about the development.
His post has also revived interest in his previous relationship with Oluwakemi Odukoya, whom he married in March 2013. The couple have children together.
The development is particularly interesting given that Odukoya’s sister, Pastor Toluwani Odukoya, Associate Senior Pastor of the same church, publicly confirmed in October 2025 that her marriage to Olumide Ijogun had ended.
Toluwani, who married Ijogun in 2012 and has three children with him, described the separation as one of the most difficult experiences of her life. She, however, maintained that the breakdown of the marriage did not mean either party was a bad person.
Odukoya, the son of the late renowned pastors Taiwo and Bimbo Odukoya, assumed leadership of The Fountain of Life Church following his father’s death in August 2023.
Beyond the pulpit, he has built a career in entertainment, featuring in several Nollywood productions and playing the role of Oba Ade in the Hollywood film The Woman King.
For now, his mysterious photograph and the words “To New Beginnings” have left many wondering whether the pastor is preparing to begin another chapter of his love life.
