The mainstream media community has been throwing into mourning following the sudden demise of Senate correspondent of the Tribune Newspaper, Tijani Adeyemi.
Adeyemi died on Wednesday of suspected cardiac arrest inside one of the shuttle buses of the National Assembly.
The late journalist had boarded the bus from the main gate, known as Mopol Gate around at 10.00 am and by the time he got to the checkpoint, he was discovered to be dead, with the clinic of the Secretary General of the Federation he was promptly rushed to confirming his demise.
Consequently his remains was laid to rest at the Gudu Cemetery in line with Islamic rites.
