Family sources said the victim and her younger sister were sent on an errand by their mother when the incident happened.
It was gathered that when they reached their destination Bukola waited outside and sent her younger sister to deliver their mother’s message. However, when her sister returned to meet her she was nowhere to be found.
It was further gathered that the tension Bukola’s whereabouts created heightened after suspected kidnappers called her father on phone to tell him she is in their custody.
“I was called at 1.39a.m in the wee hour of Wednesday by a caller who told me my daughter was in their custody saying I would hear from them later and before I could say anything, the person hung up.
“I have been trying the line but it is not going. The caller has not called back since then. I don’t know what my daughter is going through and i hope they ‘ve not raped her,” the victim’s politician father said.
A Facebook user, De Ola, in a post on the incident quoted Mr. Adeosun as saying, ” I wasn’t around yesterday night when my wife sent her and younger sister to the next street nearby to buy something, when they got to the junction, she told her younger sister to go while she wait for her at the junction then her younger sister came back to inform her that there is no change since she ( Bukola) has change with her. When her sister got to the junction, she was no where to be found, up to this moment.”
