Lance Corporal Moses Oguche, the soldier, who stabbed a driver to death in Okene for scratching his car, and was on the run, has been arrested.

Oguche’s arrest was made by the Edo State Police Command, according to Punchng.com.

“The case is under investigation; it is a case of murder. He (the soldier) is a Nigerian and he is not above the law. I assure you that justice will be done in this case,” the paper quoted the Commissioner of Police in the state, Mohammed DanMalam, as saying.
