A man simply identified as Eric has been found dead alongside his lover.
The latter’s identity is unknown to this publication as at the time of this report.
However, the incident happened on Thursday at a new apartment located in the Ayeyemi area of Ondo town, Ondo State.
Eric, a middle-aged man, and the lady were said to have been found dead by person(s) who checked on them after several calls put in to them were unanswered.
Report has it that uncertainty surrounded the cause of their deaths with some sources attributing it to electric shock from a running generator in the premises with a phone charging on the bed
“The man and the woman were lovers who were known by both relatives. They died in the room but they were not stuck together. We have yet to know the cause but an investigation has commenced,” the state Police Public Relations Officer, Mrs Funmilayo Odunlami said.
