A cannibal caught eating a woman he beheaded has been shot dead by the police in South Africa.

Daily Mail of UK reports that Aphiwe Mapekula, 23, was shot at, after he ignored several warning shots as he continued to eat Thembisa Masumpa’s raw flesh at his home in Mount Frere.
Mapekula slit 35-year-old Thembisa’s throat and hacked off her head.
The dastardly act was brought into the open by Mapekula’s horrified mother, who called the police after witnessing the gruesome slaughter.
‘I never raised a son like this one. I never imagined this,’ the devastated mother was quoted as saying in the report.
