One Usman Mohammed has been arrested in Gombe State for having anal sex with young male beggars, popularly known as Almajiri.
Mohammed aged 40, is a resident of Liji in Yalmatu Deba Local Government Area of the state.
The Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps arrested the suspect for being fond of sodomizing children from aged five to ten.
At the last count no fewer than twelve children have fallen victims to him.
While being shown to newsmen, the father of three, who is into nail cutting, said his former Islamic teacher introduced into the dastardly act on the premise that it would enrich him.
In his remarks on the suspect, the NSCDC Commandant in State, Waziri Goni said, “Unfortunately, he has not become rich. How can God bless such efforts of someone taking advantage of young boys? He has three children and a wife but prides himself in raping children in an attempt to get rich, he has remained a nail cutter.”
