Controversial Nigerian relationship therapist, Blessing Okoro, popularly known as Blessing CEO, has revealed that her late nine-year-old son, Bryan, reportedly told his siblings he had dreamt of his own death before his tragic demise.
The media personality said she only learnt about the disturbing revelation after Bryan’s death, when her first son, Darrell, and her younger sister, Precious, separately recounted what had happened.
Blessing, who disclosed that Bryan suffered from severe asthma, said the incident had left her reflecting on the importance of mothers paying attention to what their children say.
According to her, Bryan had reportedly woken up one day and told his brother that he dreamt he had died.
She explained that Bryan never shared the dream with her while he was alive, leaving her unaware of the conversation until after his death.
Blessing also revealed that both she and Bryan suffered from asthma, but said she had learnt to manage the condition as she grew older.
Describing her late son, she said he battled severe asthma and was also very hyperactive.
Appealing to mothers to take their children’s concerns seriously, the relationship therapist urged parents to pay closer attention to their children and not dismiss what they say.
She shared the experience as a lesson for mothers, drawing from the painful loss of her son and the revelations that emerged after his death.
