Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) on Sunday arrested former Head of the Civil Service of the Federation (HoCSF) Mrs. Winifred Oyo-Ita, over alleged N570m fraud.
Oyo-Ita was arrested on Sunday and will today (Monday) be arraigned alongside her former Special Assistant Ubong Okon Effiok and seven others, according to a statement released by the anti-graft agency which reads in part: “The EFCC, will on Monday arraign the immediate past Head of the Civil Service of the Federation, HoCSF, Winnifred Oyo-Ita.
“She will be arraigned before Justice Taiwo Taiwo of the Federal High Court, sitting in Abuja.”
