Neymar jr says it was against his father’s wish that he joined Paris Saint-Germain in a record shattering transfer.

The Brazilian disclosed this on Friday just before arriving in the French capital.
Neymaneymar r said, “Dad, I understand and respect your opinion, but my decision is taken, I ask that you support me as you always have done.”
The pair are extremely close as his father supervises his career and negotiates his contracts.
Together they are set to go on trial in Spain following an investigation into the player’s transfer to Barcelona from Brazilian side Santos in 2013.
