In an act of self-congratulation, Mrs Aisha Buhari has said she achieved a lot in her capacity as First lady that she would remain fresh in the memories of her country people.
The outgoing first lady, in the account of News Agency of Nigeria, NAN, remarked this during a farewell meeting with members of her staff at the Presidential Villa.
Mrs Buhari in the said remark, attributed her purported achievements to her team to whom she paid tribute to, adding that with her record she has cast herself in the mould of unforgettable first ladies.
“You are the brains behind my success in the last eight years.
“I pray that what is ahead of you in the future is more rewarding than what we have done in the last eight years.
“Because without you I wouldn’t have achieved what I have achieved so far and I think I am one of the first ladies that Nigerians can not forget easily,” NAN quoted her as saying.
