Nollywood actress and social media influencer, Nimmy Ferrari, has died just days before she was expected to celebrate the completion of her new home in Sagamu, Ogun State.
The sudden death of Nimmy Ferrari has thrown colleagues, friends and fans into mourning, with reports linking the tragedy to complications following an alleged fibroid operation.
The circumstances surrounding the reported complications have not been officially disclosed by her family.
Her death was reportedly confirmed by her immediate younger sister, while actress Oluwakemisola Apesin also took to social media to mourn the actress.
In an emotional post, Apesin said everybody had returned home, leaving only Nimmy behind, as she expressed grief over the actress’ sudden passing.
The tragedy has become even more heartbreaking because Ferrari was reportedly preparing for the housewarming ceremony of her newly completed property in Sagamu.
According to reports, she had worked hard to build her career and was looking forward to celebrating the achievement with friends and colleagues.
However, instead of the planned celebration, videos circulating online showed mourners gathered at the property, with preparations reportedly underway for her burial there.
The development has sparked an outpouring of grief across social media, with fans describing her death as sudden and painful.
Ferrari had also reportedly joined other colleagues in mourning veteran actor Ogogo shortly before her own death, making the latest tragedy particularly devastating to members of the Yoruba movie community.
As of the time of filing this report, her family had yet to publicly provide full details of what led to her death.
