People Democratic Party (PDP) presidential candidate Atiku Abubakar said he is having talks with his counterparts in Labour Party and New Nigerian People Party (NNPP), Peter Obi and Rabi’u Musa Kwankwaso respectively on giving up their aspirations, and support his ahead of the February 25 poll.

Atiku disclosed this while granting BBC Hausa Service interview.

Speaking in Hausa language, the former Vice president dropped hint of one of Obi or Kwankwaso yielding to his overture.

“I don’t consider both Kwankwaso and Obi as threats. We are talking seriously, and I hope soon one of them will declare support for me,” he remarked.
