The father of the wife of the Vice-President, Mrs. Dolapo Osinbajo, Elder Olutayo Soyode, has revealed that the security details attached to his daughter once manhandled him.

In an interview with Punch, the septuagenarian also disclosed that he fondly called Mrs. Osinbajo, Dolly Baby, adding that all she wanted to become was a baker but was forced to read law by him and his late wife, Mrs. Ayo Soyode(nee Awolowo).
74-year-old Soyode said he dreaded going to Aso Rock for visit comparing it to a jail and spoke about the ugly experience he once had at a church function attended by his daughter.
“I remember when her husband and Buhari had been elected but not sworn in. In their church, I was trying to call her but she didn’t hear, so I stretched my hand to tap her, but I just found that my feet were no longer on the floor. Those security people carried me, I had to be screaming her name, then she looked back and shouted that he’s my father. I don’t know where they would have thrown me to. I even told her I would be referring to her as Her Excellency,” he told the paper.
