Juju musician Sir Shina Peters’ wife, Sammie Peters, has said that she owed her survival in the battle with cancer to God.
Over a year back, Sammie who turned 56-year old last Monday was diagnosed with cancer and was flown to United States for medical attention. She however, returned weeks back after she was certified cancer free.
The couple recently held a thanksgiving reception at their Lagos house in Iju.
Speaking at the occasion, the mother-of-one said: “I give glory to God because my survival is God’s intervention and nothing more. I give God all the glory.”
