The Police in Kano State have confirmed the death of one Femi Oguntumi of Dakata Quarters, Kano who committed suicide without any notice.
Late Oguntumi, who was a Staff of Karish College, Kawaji did not leave any suicide notes to ascertain the reasons why he committed suicide.
The deceased was said to have hung himself on a ceiling fan in his room at about 10pm on Thursday.
Police spokesman, DSP Haruna Abdullahi who confirmed the incident said they have already deposited Femi’s corpse at the Murtala Muhammad Hospital.
To this end, the Police have immediately commenced investigation into the actual reason Oguntumi committed suicide.
The police commissioner has ordered investigation into what made Oguntumi into committing suicide.
