Tragedy struck on Tuesday at the Lagos State House of Assembly when an air conditioner (AC) technician simply identified as Tobi was electrocuted to death while working at the assembly premises.

Reports say the deceased was working alongside two of his colleagues when he died from electrocution. Tobi’s death was reportedly oblivious to his colleagues for a while as they continued working.
It was gathered that the incident happened in the hallowed chamber and the technicians opted to work on the AC maintenance due to no legislative activity as the lawmakers are currently on a short recess, which is expected to last until November 13.
It was further gathered that the deceased was rushed to the staff clinic at the secretariat but could not be revived.
