TOYIN AIMAKHU HITS BACK AT CRITICS OF HER ‘CHEAP WEDDING’ ON TWEETER

Top Yoruba actress, Toyin Aimakhu has hit back at critics of her wedding, which took place last Monday.

The wedding was greeted with hisses and boos by fans who described it as ‘cheap wedding’ and ‘lower the status of a celebrity’.

In response to the verbal attack on the net, Toyin tweeted on her tweeter page that it was what the couple could afford, adding that her fans should stop patronizing pirated copies of movies and improve the economic situation of the couple  in order to be in a position to throw lavish parties in the future.

Her words, “To all the people abusing us, for the records, mysef and my adorable, charming, world-best husband did wat we can afford, n pls, to all my fans, stop buying pirated copy, so we can have enuff money for party next time. I love u all, and pls dnt insult my huge fan cos the LV cake was a gift from a fan, which I reali appreciate, tnx to all my fans, u guys rock my world.’

Her fans then began accusing her of marrying a younger lover, to which she readily tweeted: “Na wa for pple o; u marry, dey say u marry old man. I’m startin my life with a young, brilliant, intelligent, handsome, charming and adorable man (Mr Niyi Johnson) u r sayin he’s a younger lover.”

“For the records, my husband is 3yrs older dan me n pls wat I nid now is prayers to kip dis new home nt negative sayin from pple. pls pray for us n wish us wat u wish ursef. tnx n love u all.”

  1. 1. The girl has retraced her step. Remember she was married to a London big boy and the marriage collapsed like a badly arranged pack of cards. She is now smart by catching Niyi young. I wish Funke Akindele will learn from her mistake.
