Crystal Palace new signing, Freddie Ladapo, on Wednesday, scored and provided an assist in preseason match between the premiership side and League One side, AFC Wimbledon.

Ladapo joined Palace on a two-and-a-half-year contract for an undisclosed fee during this window from Margate FC where he scored over 20 goals for the struggling National League South club side
On Wednesday at Kingsmeadow Stadium the 23-year old striker made his impact felt in the preseason match involving his side and Wimbledon.
He set up Congolese winger, Yannick Bolasie for Palace’s second goal and scored the winning goal to earn his side victory in the match that ended 3-2.
Ladapo(full name Olayinka Fredrick Oladotun) is relatively unknown in Nigeria. The 23 year-old who joined the Flying Eagles’ camp in 2011 didn’t make the cut for the team at the 18th FIFA U-20 World Cup held in Colombia.
