A sensational video of the Oluwo of Iwo land, Oba AbdulRasheed Akanbi wrapping something believed to be ‘weed’ with another substance has surfaced online.

The clip shows the controversial monarch in his bedroom with a hard surface on his laps rolling the concoction in a rizla in his hand, suggesting he may be a ‘science student’.
However there is no evidence that Oba Akanbi smoked it.
