A food vendor has been arrested in Lagos in connection with the deaths of two Nollywood production crew members: Godstime Imeh, a lighting director and CEO of GeeTee Light, and Walter Odediran, a creative video director known as Director Carrinqton.
Godstime and Walter were found unresponsive inside a parked vehicle within a premises in Lekki Phase 1, where a movie was being filmed.
The movie, report in circulation said, was directed by former Big Brother Naija housemate, Boma, and the deceased had arrived early to install lighting equipment.
This medium gathered that upon completing the task, they took a rest inside Godstime’s tinted Nissan while awaiting further directive, and about 11 a.m., a crew member delivered, a breakfast of yam and omelette.
It was further gathered that they were sighted reclining in the car with the air-conditioning running.
However, apprehension arose when calls to their phones went unanswered around noontime.
“Their bodies were later discovered on the evening of Saturday, February 7, 2026, inside Godstime’s car.
“The food vendor was arrested and in detention at the State Criminal Investigation Department, Panti, while Boma and some crew members have been quizzed, and released on bail,” police source narrated.
