Maryam Sanda, wife of Mr. Bilyamin Muhammed Bello, son of a former chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Haliru Bello, over the weekend reportedly stabbed her husband to death.

The incident happened at the Maitama residence of the couple in Abuja.
Maryam, who is the daughter of embattled former Aso Savings boss, Hajia Maimuna Aliyu, according to reports, had been fighting Bilyamin over alleged infidelity.
Their marriage of two years was said to be filled with rancour, and at one time, she reportedly bit off part of his ear in a fight, an incident that landed him hospital.
It was also gathered Late Bilyamin had wanted to divorce his troublesome wife but his family prevailed on him to reconsider his decision.
But the marriage ended tragically over the weekend after she saw a cheating text message on his phone which infuriated her.
She allegedly stabbed him thrice in the back and several times on his private part.
The remains of the deceased was committed to mother earth on Saturday while his killer wife has been arrested by the police with the view to charge her with homicide.
Maryam is said to be a graduate with two degrees from British university.
