It has emerged that the 22-year-old woman, Zainab Abdulmalik, who offered to give any man who marries her a car and house gifts on a radio station in Kano State is a habitual drug user.
Zainab’s appearance on a programme on Freedom Radio where she advertised for a husband with the promise to buy a car and give out a house to any man who would marry her sparked male youth’s interest in the metropolis.
Zainab who has been on admission at Dawanau Psychiatric Hospital after her advert for husband made a sensation was said to be a psychiatric patient.
It was gathered that her mental health problem was caused by habitual drug use.
Before now, it was widely speculation that Zainab’s mental problem started when she was jilted by her lover who promised her marriage. However, latest information available to OrijoReporter revealed that her problem was caused drug abuse.
“Zainab is into drugs, and has been an outpatient for a while at Dawanau Psychiatric Hospital,” sources explained.
