Gospel singer Yinka Aiyefele at the weekend escaped being lynched after failing to give money to errant thugs.
Fifteen others were not that lucky including some of his band boys as they were attacked, and left with horrific injuries.
The incident happened at the burial of Madam Ebunoluwa Lydia Odumakinde in Ijare in Ifedore Local Government Area of Ondo State where the gospel singer performed.
Reports have it that the thugs went on rampage, and vandalized Aiyefele’s vehicle and musical instruments following the artiste’s failure to give them money after his performance despite persistent requests.
