Executive Chairman Adamawa State Board of Internal Revenue, Ahmed Idris Tuta recently broke down in tears as he was questioned by the State House of Assembly members about alleged fraud rocking the board.
Tuta(pictured) was last week summoned by the House of Assembly to explain his role in the alleged fraud and to give account of his stewardship.
Uncomfortable with the invitation to begin with, Tuta who could not provide answers to questions he was asked by the deputy speaker, Mr. Sunday Peter and the Chief Whip, Mr. Hassan Burguma, at a stage in the proceeding broke down in uncontrollable sobbing and tears to the utmost consternation of House members, OrijoReporter was told by an eyewitness.
