Young Nigerians looking to acquire new skills without paying training fees can now apply for a Federal Government-backed programme offering free training in Artificial Intelligence, makeup and fashion design.
The latest opportunity is being offered under the National Poverty Reduction with Growth Strategy (NPRGS), with applications opened for the next training cohort in Oyo State.
The registration was announced on Thursday by the President Bola Ahmed Tinubu Media Centre, which urged interested applicants to take advantage of the opportunity.
The NPRGS is a Federal Government initiative of the Ministry of Budget and Economic Planning, implemented through the Office of the Senior Special Assistant to the President on Technical, Vocational and Entrepreneurship Education.
The programme is designed to equip young Nigerians with practical and vocational skills that can improve their chances of securing jobs, starting businesses and earning income.
Among the skills available to applicants are Graphics/AI, makeup and fashion design.
Applicants are required to complete an online form and answer a series of questions as part of the selection process. The organisers advised applicants to provide truthful and accurate information to ensure a fair assessment.

- Enter your required personal details.
- Choose your preferred training option — Graphics/AI, Makeup or Fashion Design.
- Answer all questions on the application form honestly.
- Check your details carefully before submitting.
- Submit the form and wait for further communication from the programme organisers.
The Federal Government said information supplied by applicants would be considered during the selection process.
