Justice Lokulo Sodipe of the Court of Appeal, Akure Division, has died.
Sodipe died in the process of delivering judgment.
Report said, the judge slumped in his chamber, while in top gear to attend a court session where he would pass a judgement.
The collapse marked his end as efforts industriously deployed to make him recover at the hospital he was rushed to ended in vain.
Sources made it clear that the deceased jurist didn’t make it to the hospital before he passed away.
