Vice President Yemi Osinbajo says he disapproved the activities of a group known as “Osinbajo Volunteers” that is campaigning for his election as President in 2019.

The group, which has a website that featured the activities of the Vice-President wants him to contest for the presidency as a presidential candidate in the 2019 election and has been recruiting volunteers to that effect.
On Saturday, Osinbajo disassociated himself from the activities of the group. His media aide Laolu Akande, in a tweet on his Twitter handle said, “Please disregard this website created by faceless people for mischievous purposes. It has absolutely nothing to do with the vice president.”
