Suspected kidnappers on Monday killed a supervisor at the farm of former Senator representing Kwara South, Simeon Ajibola, located in Isapa, Ekiti Local Government Area of Kwara State.
The victim, identified as Biodun Ajibola is believed to be the Senator’s relative.
He died at the hands of the gunmen, who invaded the farm, according to reports with the view to abduct the one-time Peoples Democratic Party governorship candidate but missed their target.
They however tried to make do with late Biodun and his driver, Segun Adeleye.
The latter escaped with injuries and consequently hospitalised but the deceased was not lucky in his quest to resist abduction and ended up killed.
