Judge James Robart gave the ruling on Friday, which reopened the US borders.

Following the Seattle judge’s order, the Customs and Border Protection alerted major US airlines that it will begin to reinstate visas.
Robart made his decision after Washington state and Minnesota urged a nationwide hold on the executive order that has launched legal battles across the US.
‘The state has met its burden in demonstrating immediate and irreparable injury,’ Robart said.
Press Secretary Sean Spicer said in a statement that the Department of Justice intends to halt the ‘outrageous order’ at the earliest possible time but not as soon as Friday night.
