The marriage of music star, Innocent Idibia, popularly known as 2Baba, and his wife, Natasha Osawaru, has come under fresh scrutiny following a reported confrontation between the couple outside a nightclub in Abuja.
The incident reportedly occurred on Friday during the opening of 90s Lounge, where videos said to have captured the couple in a tense moment circulated widely on social media, sparking reactions from fans and followers.
While the viral clips showed the couple around the scene, the circumstances that led to the reported clash remained unclear.
However, the development has renewed concerns about the state of their relationship, which has witnessed public controversies and reported disagreements in the past, including an earlier incident during a trip to the United Kingdom.
According to accounts circulating online, Natasha allegedly arrived at the venue with some men and waited for 2Baba’s arrival. When the singer eventually got there, she was said to have approached his vehicle and demanded to speak with him.
The encounter reportedly caused a commotion outside the nightclub before 2Baba allegedly took her inside the venue in a bid to prevent the situation from escalating.
An eyewitness who claimed to have been at the scene alleged that the couple had not been on good terms for months and had barely seen each other before the incident.
The eyewitness claimed Natasha went to the nightclub after learning that the owner of Trukadero was opening the venue, hoping to meet with her husband and resolve their issues.
The source further alleged that Natasha approached 2Baba’s car when he arrived and insisted on having a conversation with him. The claims, however, could not be independently verified.
The latest drama comes months after the couple’s highly publicised wedding in July 2025, which attracted widespread attention.
The Abuja nightclub incident has once again fuelled speculation about the stability of their marriage, with social media users debating what the confrontation could mean for the couple.
